MyNutRiceBase is a curated biological database, which aims to centralise genomics and transcriptomics information for rice nutritional traits, particularly antioxidants and folate. To date, MyNutRiceBase consists of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP), genes and biological networks that are available for the user to search, browse or download this information. Putative panel SNPs from the genome and expressed genes, panel SNPs of pigmented rice varieties, annotated SNPs, and co-expressed genes can be retrieved using search and filter functions. A search query can be done based on SNP ID, gene ID and variety name. MyNutRiceBase also provides JBrowse for visualisation and similarity searching analysis using BLAST. This repository serves to aid basic, translational and applied research, towards the improvement of nutritional traits in rice varieties.
